Thanks. I had to reinstall the Unity platform and updated the firmware and I saw the Power ON buttons and all is well.

I have a PPBM which I purchased earlier this year. For some reason, the 4 12V power outlets are OFF by default. I have to connect to the PPBM to turn them on.
