Is there a way to use the adjustable power ports to be always be on. Trying to have that power my NUC

Im using an ASI290MM the OAG. I have a requirement of 55MM back focus on the camera and trying to match the same back focus with the OAG. Has anyone had any luck with using this guide camera with the OAG?
