When using my PPBAv2, my computer can't "see" it using the PPBA software or the Unity Platform. My devices connected to its power out ports can be seen. Unplugging and plugging in my devices into the USB3 ports /occasionally/ works for the devices but it's very hit or miss and doesn't work...
