Hello, I would to know if Stepper Motor Cable RJ45 to DB9 (Robofocus) is good for UPA v.1. I read it has RJ45 while the manual says UPA v.1 has RJ12 port.
If yes do you sell it directly?

OK, as I supposed. In fact I downloaded the software which I used before Unity and the issue remains. So Should I conclude this a HUB malfunction?
