Re: Unity and SGP (Observing conditions) - no data
Probably. The ASCOM driver is not registered.
Unity installation registers all available PegasusAstro ASCOM drivers that exist in Unity Package

Re: Unity (UPB V2) response issues
It has to do with the asynchronous read. ASCOM switch conformity test allows to control the delay between reads and writes.
However, It is a known issue, and we know we need to fix it and make it synchronous. (immediate read switch status after write)
Thanks for the feedback!

Re: Unity and SGP (Observing conditions) - no data
Hello,
If you use Unity, then you have to use the Unity ASCOM driver.
The one you report is the older obs conditions driver for the standalone application

Re: Upbv2 and Nuc11 power issue
There must be an issue with NUC 11 Gen that triggers this. Probably something in USB signalling triggers the reset to NUC.
Maybe a bios upgrade or config in bios can fix this.

Re: Unity (UPB V2) response issues
Unity implements ASCOM switches v2 which are different from switch v1 that older ASCOM driver was using.
It should be an incompatibility with this software and new ASCOM >= 6.5 switches v2 implementation

Re: Upbv2 and Nuc11 power issue
Hi there, It should not be related to a voltage drop but interference with USB signaling. I have seen this report a couple of times with NUCs. However, I cannot replicate it in my NUC (at least with NUC Gen8 and Gen10). Try to plug the NUC into the Always ON port and retry. Also, you can check the f...

Re: UPBv2 USB ports defaulting to off
There must be a bug or not implemented feature in INDI driver.
As a quick workaround please try to connect the UPBv2 to a windows PC and enable all USB ports during startup. There is an option in software to do that.

Re: Falcon not remembering last position after shutdown
Hi,
Rotator stores the last position to its eeprom memory after 5 secondsof motor inactivity. It does not have to do with Unity or any software. This has to do with firmware.
We'll try to replicate your issue as this never should happen (to be honest we do not have similar reports)

Hi Alfons,
Thank you for the feedback. Indeed this tool is useful )I have made one also for my setup as I had the same issue) so we'll check how we can include it in our future product revisions.

Re: UPBv2 shorted out
This is the LM1117 voltage regulator 12V -> 5V for the microcontroller. It seems that the a high voltage spike during battery plug damaged the regulator. Please note that our support will be limited from 18-Jul-2022 to 31-Jul-2022 due to the company closure of summer vacations. Please leave your mes...

Re: Motor Focus Kit Zero (For SCTs) ration
Please check technical specs table here: https://pegasusastro.com/products/focus ... -for-scts/
For C8 & C9.25
Motor Pulleys have: 16 and 60 teeth
Ratio is 1:3.75
Step Angle: 1.8 deg
You can devide 1.8 deg / 3.75 = 0.48 deg per step.
