If you need to return something for any other reason, please note that you have to contact the shop / dealer you ordered the unit from. We do not sell retail so we cannot accept an item back and return the money to you.
We provide 2-year warranty for our products, We offer the repair service for free within warranty period. After the warranty period, continue to provide repair support and service on a charged basis. This warranty does not apply to damage that occurred because of abuse or misuse, or damage caused by a fall, or any other accidental failures after purchase. The customer must pay for shipping the product to our return address for repair or replacement.
Our products are fully tested before packed to provide a guarantee to be free from manufacturer’s defects. If however, you find that there is an issue with one of our products please contact us for a detailed troubleshooting and investigation of your issue. We have to note that, after hundreds of troubleshooting sessions, most of the reported issues have to do with wrong software settings or cabling issues that mislead you to a false assumption that the product is defective. Please contact us first to avoid loss of time or frustration.
If the product has a confirmed problem on arrival or failed during the warranty period we’ll directly handle the issue. We ‘ll provide a return address (usually close to your geographical region) where you can ship the product. When we receive your unit, we’ll inspect / repair or exchange it and cover the shipping cost back to you via a tracked and signed postal service package. In case you need to speed up the delivery you can select DHL express which has a shipping cost covered by customer).
If the device damage violates warranty or warranty has expired, we‘ll charge a service & shipping fee back to your address.
